Founder & Chief Executive
In 2023, Jeannine K Brown was named one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in the Accounting Profession by the Association of International Certified Public Accountants, Inc. (AICPA & CIMA). She is the author of Unstuck and Unstoppable: Five Proven Strategies to Leverage Your Value, Increase Your Visibility, and Gain Recognition to Accelerate Your Career," selected as the best career book of 2022.
Jeannine is an active advocate for increasing women and multicultural professionals into fulfilling leadership and executive roles. She works closely with clients, delivering solutions to assist corporations to increase retention, decrease attrition costs, attract new talent, and create competitive advantages through inclusion. She is results-oriented with a true passion for people. Jeannine has an active role and voice in championing the importance of diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion among individuals, cultures, and systems.
Before 2010, Jeannine held executive leadership roles at Deloitte, Alabama Department of Revenue and in industry where she led national teams in state and local tax planning and economic development.
Jeannine has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Percy J Vaughn, Jr. College at Alabama State University and an Executive MBA from Robinson College, Georgia State University. She is an ICF trained Professional Coach and an accredited facilitator of the Enneagram.
